Job title Marketing & Communication Manager (M/F) – ORSO Hotels Role Summary Lead the overall strategy and execution of digital marketing and branding initiatives for a portfolio of upscale hotels. Drive brand awareness, acquisition, and customer engagement across digital channels while coordinating external agencies and internal teams. Expactations - Deliver measurable growth in direct traffic and acquisition performance. - Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints. - Maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders. - Contribute to continuous improvement of the guest experience and loyalty programs. Key Responsibilities - Define and manage the digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEA, social ads, meta‑platforms). - Collaborate with agencies/freelancers to set budgets, create campaigns, and optimise results. - Analyse KPIs, report performance, and propose optimisation actions. - Oversee all branding and communication projects, including launch campaigns for new hotels. - Write briefings, coordinate with creative directors, and ensure project delivery. - Plan and execute press and influencer activities for brand campaigns. - Guide the production and distribution of web and social media content, ensuring coherence with brand guidelines. - Manage CRM campaigns using the Lounge‑ups tool, overseeing guest communication before, during, and after stays. - Work with hotel teams to identify opportunities for guest experience enhancements. Required Skills - 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and communication, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle or premium segments. - Strong strategic vision combined with hands‑on execution ability. - Proven track record in managing multi‑channel digital campaigns and agency partnerships. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and performance analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. - Project management skills: ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and keep budgets on track. - Creative mindset with an eye for design, experience, and lifestyle storytelling. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or equivalent. - Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
