**Job Title** Social Media Marketeer **Role Summary** Accountable for building and elevating the brand presence of PrimaDonna and Marie Jo on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook). Own end‑to‑end content creation, community engagement, influencer collaboration, and data‑driven strategy implementation to strengthen brand identity and drive growth. **Expactations** - Maintain a high‑impact, consistent social media presence that reflects each brand’s unique voice. - Proactively identify and capitalize on trends, opportunities, and content gaps. - Turn insights from analytics into actionable platform strategies. - Foster an engaged community, acting as a brand spokesperson in all public interactions. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and publish visually compelling, on‑brand posts, stories, reels, and videos. - Produce video content, leveraging tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent. - Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors; manage relationships and deliverables. - Manage the brands’ content calendars, ensuring deadlines and brand guidelines are met. - Monitor community discussions, respond to comments, and maintain brand tone. - Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust tactics accordingly. - Experiment with AI‑generated prompts and creative tools to enhance content quality. - Coordinate cross‑functional communication with marketing, design, and PR teams. **Required Skills** - Strong creative storytelling and visual design sense tailored for Meta platforms. - Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and AI prompt usage. - Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize strategy. - Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. - Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Adaptable to ambiguity and fast‑changing social media landscape. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (first‑hand experience preferred). - No mandatory certifications required. ---
