Job Description

**Job title:** Ultimo Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide expert business analysis for Ultimo implementations, ensuring alignment with IT & Development (IT&D) standards and policies. Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and functional analysts, and support system configuration and stakeholder alignment. Deliver clear business and technical presentations and facilitate discussions to achieve consensus on requirements. **Expectations:** - Freelance contract, full‑time, until June 2026. - Deliverables include documented business requirements, user stories, process maps, and configuration support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Clarify, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders. - Ensure solutions meet IT&D policies and best‑practice standards. - Map end‑to‑end business and system processes. - Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to secure agreement on requirements. - Collaborate with internal and external functional analysts (including Ultimo experts) to build user stories. - Support system configuration, data and business process mapping, and root‑cause analysis. - Engage with application teams, Center of Excellence (COE), and Ultimo product representatives. - Deliver business and technical presentations to varied audiences. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis abilities. - Experience with data mapping, business process mapping, and configuration. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow. - Background in Agile or DevOps environments. - Deep knowledge of Ultimo as a BA or configurator. - Excellent communication skills; fluent in English. - Team‑player mindset with motivation and proactive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Ultimo configuration are advantageous.
