Job Description
Job title: Integration Engineer (EMEA) Role Summary: Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Bitwarden’s product portfolio, leading proof‑of‑concepts, new deployments, and integrations for enterprise customers. Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, sales, engineering, and product teams, ensuring secure and scalable implementations of Bitwarden's containerized services. Expectations: Deliver technical pre‑sales support, integration consulting, and ongoing customer troubleshooting to achieve high satisfaction and adoption rates. Collaborate cross‑functionally to advance product roadmap by documenting customer feedback and emerging integration requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create and present live technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use‑cases. - Conduct proof‑of‑concept trials, new deployments, and integrate Bitwarden services with customers’ existing infrastructure. - Advise on industry best practices for full‑stack implementation, security, and scalability. - Resolve integration issues and proactively identify preventive solutions for enterprise clients. - Document and circulate customer insights to engineering and product teams. - Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and support deal closure. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Bitwarden products and related security standards. Required Skills: - Strong verbal and written English communication. - System integration experience (Linux, Windows, macOS). - Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman). - Identity and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure Entra ID, Okta, Jumpcloud). - Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP). - SSO/SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, TLS/SSL, PKI. - Scripting (Bash, PowerShell). - API fundamentals (REST). - Problem‑solving, project planning, and time management. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent technical experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
