**Job Title**: Assistant Project Manager **Role Summary** Support executive leadership in delivering client consulting projects focused on sales, operations, leadership, and franchise growth. Coordinate project activities, track performance metrics, and communicate progress with stakeholders, while contributing to business development efforts. **Expactations** - Deliver high‑quality project outcomes on schedule. - Meet or exceed defined KPIs and client expectations. - Produce clear, concise progress reports and documentation. - Actively participate in strategy sessions and leadership trainings. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in planning, scoping, and executing client projects using the SEMP framework. - Monitor deliverables, track KPIs, and maintain accurate progress reports. - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication. - Identify and support new business opportunities through sales prospecting and client engagement. **Required Skills** - Fundamentals of project management (scheduling, resource allocation, risk monitoring). - Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment. - Basic familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project). **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment or degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field. - Military veteran or entrepreneur experience is advantageous. - No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of the SEMP approach and project management tools is preferred.
