Job Title: Project Management Intern (Summer)
Role Summary
Short‑term (10‑week) internship supporting creative and marketing project teams. Responsibilities include documentation, agenda preparation, basic research, project tracking, and tool usage (Asana, Harvest, Google Suite, Slack). Internship provides hands‑on exposure to agency workflows, cross‑functional coordination, and mentorship from experienced project managers.

- Anticipate issues, propose proactive solutions, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Collaborate across departments, building trustful relationships with teammates.
- Communicate effectively in verbal, written, and visual formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Take minutes at internal reviews, status, creative, strategy, resourcing, and burn‑down meetings; disseminate next‑steps and action‑item trackers.
- Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and action‑item summaries.
- Conduct light research or information gathering to support project needs.
- Collect and log team member time in Harvest; contribute to project hour tracking.
- Organize, clean, and maintain internal materials and folder structures.
- Assist project managers in templatizing data and developing project timelines in Asana.
- Observe and learn the process of timeline creation, resourcing, and cross‑functional communication.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Asana, Slack, and Harvest or similar time‑tracking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage concurrent tasks.
- Problem‑solving mindset with proactive initiative.
- Team‑player capable of fostering collaboration and building trust.

Required Education & Certifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
- No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with project‑management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
