Job Description

**Job Title:** Digital Learning Specialist **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deliver digital learning solutions to ensure law firm employees maximize the use of Microsoft 365, the service desk platform, and other technology tools. Work closely with the Technology, Innovation and Change team to assess learning needs, create engaging content, and evaluate learning impact. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, user‑centered training programs that improve technology adoption. - Align learning initiatives with business objectives and change management strategies. - Measure and report on learning effectiveness and ROI. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft 365 features and e‑learning best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct needs analyses and map learning requirements to specific technology tools. - Design learning pathways using instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM). - Create diverse learning assets (micro‑learning videos, tutorials, job aids, LMS courses). - Facilitate in‑person and virtual workshops and coaching sessions. - Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to gather content. - Manage learning projects, timelines, and budgets. - Monitor learner progress, collect feedback, and iterate materials for continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Instructional design and e‑learning development (Authoring tools, LMS administration). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Power Platform). - Project management, stakeholder communication, and facilitation. - Analytical skills for evaluating learning outcomes. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or related field. - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent Microsoft 365 certification. - Proven experience (3+ years) in corporate learning or digital enablement within a professional services environment.
