Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end performance marketing for a high‑growth insurance brand, driving acquisition from paid media through conversion to sale while building organic visibility and future team capacity. Expectations: – Manage and execute multi‑channel campaigns with ownership of all funnel stages. – Analyze performance, report insights, test new approaches, and scale successful tactics. – Prepare for AI‑driven search and SEO evolution. – Demonstrate self‑stimulation, entrepreneurial drive, and readiness to expand leadership role. Key Responsibilities: • Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and emerging platforms. • Build and refine organic search strategies, incorporating AI search trends. • Improve click‑through rates, landing‑page performance, and overall funnel conversion rates. • Own full funnel tracking, attribution, and reporting to accurately measure ROI. • Conduct data‑driven analysis, develop test plans, and implement learnings for growth. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams. • Position to build and lead a performance marketing team as the organization scales. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Google Ads and YouTube Ads, Microsoft Advertising. - Experienced with Meta and TikTok advertising. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI search trends. - Competence in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analytics. - Analytical mindset with advanced reporting and data interpretation skills. - Self‑starter with high execution drive and entrepreneurial attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. - Google Ads Certification (required). - Microsoft Advertising Certification (preferred). - SEO and CRO knowledge or certifications advantageous.
