Job Description
Job Title: IT Support Specialist (F/H) Role Summary: Provide first and second‑level technical support for Opsealog’s Azure-based SaaS solutions, ensuring optimal service quality, data integrity, and platform performance for internal and external customers. Expectations: Deliver timely, accurate incident resolution; maintain and update support documentation; collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment; uphold high standards of cybersecurity awareness and data governance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer support calls, emails, and remote assistance for deployment and ongoing operations. - Qualify, resolve, and report incidents (Level 1–2). - Manage client installations, data quality checks, and anomaly correction. - Administer Active Directory, Azure resources, and platform supervision. - Maintain hardware inventory, troubleshoot and repair equipment. - Execute test scenarios, validate patches, and deploy infrastructure updates. - Monitor backups, server health, network devices, security logs, and respond to alerts. - Provide cybersecurity guidance, training, and incident escalation. - Update support documentation and share insights with relevant teams. Required Skills: - Administration of Windows workstations/servers and Azure Active Directory. - Proficiency with Azure portal, Azure CLI, ARM templates, and PowerShell. - Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk). - Understanding of networking, virtualization, security, DC/DR, governance, and data platforms. - Basic SQL Server/database knowledge and SQL scripting. - Familiarity with DevOps processes and cloud operations. - Strong verbal and written English (professional level). - Self‑organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented with excellent communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar are a plus.
