Job Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a consumer brand, including purchasing, production planning, logistics, and inventory management across multiple sales channels. Drive operational excellence, maintain optimal stock levels, and coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Expactations:
- Manage a full operational function independently while collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Apply data‑driven forecasting to align production schedules with demand and avoid stock imbalances.
- Continuously improve processes to increase forecasting accuracy, operational visibility, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchasing of raw materials and components, coordinate orders with contract manufacturers, and maintain accurate item data (specs, pricing, artwork).
- Create and update demand forecasts using sales trends, promotional plans, and launch calendars; adjust forecasts for lead times and production delays.
- Align production schedules with forecasted demand to prevent overstock or out‑of‑stock situations.
- Track inbound shipments, update inventory records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage shipping logistics with freight forwarders (ocean and ground), schedule third‑party quality inspections, and ensure compliance with ASNs, PSFGA, and retailer requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on deliveries, inventory accuracy, and proof‑of‑delivery documentation for billing.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and import documentation for accuracy.
- Provide regular delivery and production status updates to internal teams and retail partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain.
Required Skills:
- Experience in end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (3–7 years).
- Strong demand planning, sales forecasting, and data analysis skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and retail platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify).
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across global manufacturers, freight partners, and internal teams.
- Self‑starter mindset, solution‑oriented, and able to navigate shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required, but relevant supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, APICS) are a plus.
