Job Description
Job title: Business Development Officer – ADP (Airport Projects) Role Summary: Commercial and project manager responsible for all ADP (Àéroport de Paris group) contracts across France, with a focus on the Île‑de‑France. Liaises with airport authorities, manages maintenance and support contracts, coordinates integrators, and ensures cybersecurity compliance for installations. Expectations: - Manage sales and service contracts for Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Le Bourget airports. - Own the entire French territory for UGCIS projects, mainly operating 3–4 days a week in the Île‑de‑France. - Drive business growth through prospecting, client retention, and responding to bids. - Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and maintenance teams to deliver integrated security solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up commercial activities for ADP airports and maintenance contracts. - Organize and lead monthly client meetings to ensure optimal project progress. - Work with the ADP engineering office to anticipate product requirements for upcoming works. - Supervise integrators installing security products at the airports. - Coordinate cybersecurity file management in partnership with DENY’s BE and IMS teams. - Expand and monitor UGCIS project opportunities nationwide. Required Skills: - Technical training in low‑voltage electrical systems or IT. - Proven experience in technical solutions sales (prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation). - Strong communication, relationship building, and client‑service orientation. - Ability to read technical drawings and understand low‑voltage and networking concepts. - Proficiency in commercial development: prospecting, bid response, framework agreements. Required Education & Certifications: - Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering, low‑voltage systems, or related IT field. - Valid driver’s licence (B) and willingness to travel within France 3–4 days per week.
