**Job Title** Director of Enterprise Sales **Role Summary** Lead and scale the enterprise sales organization to drive sustained revenue growth and position the company on its trajectory from $10M to $100M in ARR. Own a disciplined, metrics-driven sales process, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate cross‑functionally to align on customer acquisition and expansion. **Expactations** - Achieve and exceed collective new‑logo and cross‑sell revenue targets. - Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and high forecasting accuracy. - Deliver consistent execution of MEDDIC/SPICED methodologies and Salesforce hygiene. - Build and retain a top‑performing enterprise sales team with strong coaching and development. **Key Responsibilities** - Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach 7–8 Enterprise Account Executives. - Design, enforce, and continuously improve the full‑cycle sales process. - Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce data integrity. - Coach active deals, provide real‑time feedback, and support strategic opportunities. - Partner with Marketing, Research, and Customer Success to ensure seamless end‑to‑end customer journey. - Collaborate with COO and Sales Leadership to set KPIs, analyze trends, and refine GTM strategy. - Foster a culture of accountability, data‑driven decision‑making, and professional growth. **Required Skills** - 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with 3+ years managing 4+ quota‑carrying AEs. - Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and cross‑sell growth. - Expertise in MEDDIC, SPICED, or comparable sales frameworks. - Advanced Salesforce administration and pipeline hygiene. - Strong analytical mindset to diagnose performance gaps and implement improvements. - Exceptional coaching, leadership, and talent development abilities. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED) or CRM administration are a plus.
