Job Description: Solutions Architect (Pentesting/Cyber) **Role Summary**: Lead technical solutions for cybersecurity clients by architecting deployment strategies, analyzing security threats, and enhancing remediation procedures for the Pentera platform, serving as a critical bridge between customers and internal teams. **Expectations**: 3–5+ years in penetration testing/red team operations; strong scripting capabilities; proficiency in network troubleshooting; adaptability in a hyper-fast startup environment. **Key Responsibilities**: -Demonstrate expertise in Pentera platform deployment for complex client environments -Design, assess, and refine security validation techniques to identify vulnerabilities -Conduct deep-dive technical sessions with clients on penetration testing and threat response strategies -Act as primary product expert in client education, resolving technical challenges with cross-functional teams -Analyze support incidents, identify systemic issues, and recommend Pentera platform improvements -Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Support to accelerate internal solutions while driving client service expansion **Required Skills**: -Penetration testing/red team operations (3–5+ years) -Scripting (Python, bash, PowerShell) -Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networks and cybersecurity threat modeling -Strong communication skills for technical guidance to clients with varying expertise levels -Fluent French and English (written/verbal) **Required Education & Certifications**: -Professional cyber certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP) preferred but not mandatory
