Job Description
**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, document, integrate, and support software solutions for critical industries such as Aerospace, Railway, Medical Systems, Energy, and Finance. Work in a cross‑functional, globally distributed team, participating in all stages of the software lifecycle and contributing to high‑impact products. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Software, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, etc.). - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development. - Proficient in C and C++; experience with full‑life‑cycle development. - Willingness to travel and collaborate across cultures. - Strong learning mindset and knowledge sharing across all seniority levels. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. 2. Translate functional specifications into robust, maintainable design documents. 3. Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented C/C++ code. 4. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing, including automated test suites. 5. Produce comprehensive technical documentation and user training materials. 6. Deploy and integrate new features into existing production environments. 7. Provide post‑deployment support and troubleshooting. 8. Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - C, C++ programming - Full‑cycle software engineering (requirements → design → implementation → testing → deployment) - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication - Team collaboration and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to diverse cultures and remote work environments **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - No specific industry certifications required.
