Job Description: Job title: Senior Python Developer – SaaS / B2B Marketplace Role Summary: Design and develop a Python‑based M&A automation engine for a fintech SaaS platform. Build full‑stack services, integrate financial APIs, and embed AI agents to support valuation, document generation, and workflow automation. Expectations: Deliver robust, scalable code with strong architectural sense, maintain product quality, and collaborate directly with the founder. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement back‑end services using FastAPI (or Flask/Django) and PostgreSQL. - Develop and maintain a vector database layer with Weaviate, supporting RAG and multi‑tenant data storage. - Integrate front‑end components with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. - Connect financial data APIs for valuation, ratios, and SIG tables; automate document creation. - Interface with Zoho suite (Creator, WorkDrive, CRM, Sign) for workflow hooks. - Embed specialized AI agents (Decision, Finance, Legal, Outreach) using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar. - Write unit and integration tests, document APIs, and manage CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills: - Proficient in Python, with deep experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Proven track record building SaaS or B2B marketplace platforms. - Strong understanding of corporate financial structures, ratios, balance sheets, and valuation techniques. - Experience with PostgreSQL (multi‑tenant), vector databases (Weaviate) and RAG. - Familiarity with n8n / Make, LangGraph / CrewAI, OpenAI API, and financial data APIs. - Comfortable with front‑end integration (Next.js, Tailwind). - Ability to design clean, maintainable architecture, self‑manage work, and work autonomously. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of data security or cloud architecture is a plus.
