Key Responsibilities - Facilitate member adoption of new systems, tools, and services. - Receive, resolve, and monitor member issues via ServiceNow, email, or portal. - Communicate with members and account directors to capture feedback and understand needs. - Analyse member survey data to identify improvement opportunities. - Maintain and update training and promotional materials. - Support senior leaders in creating and delivering member‑focused presentations. Required Skills - 4–6 years in a supply‑chain environment; 2 years in member/customer relations. - Strong organisational, coordination, and analytical abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; advanced presentation and marketing material preparation. - Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) preferred. - Ability to travel within the Western region and to company offices. - Bilingual proficiency in English and French a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Post‑secondary degree in business, engineering, management or related field. - Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) certification desired. - Knowledge of health‑care supply‑chain management, procurement, and legal issues.
