Convert leads into qualified opportunities and ultimately into signed tenants. **Expectations** - Complete a 6‑month internship in a growing real‑estate company. - Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and continuous learning. - Produce measurable results in lead qualification and conversion. **Key Responsibilities** - Reach out to leads generated via acquisition channels using the company CRM. - Present company offerings, assess each lead’s housing needs, and confirm fit using proprietary tools (website, knowledge base, back‑office). - Track every lead through every stage of the sales process: new, follow‑up, follow‑through, qualified. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM. - Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). - Proven ability to build rapport with potential clients. - High level of organization, attention to detail, and time‑management. - Comfortable working with CRM systems and multi‑channel outreach. - Fluent in English; ability to communicate with international tenants. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a university or equivalent higher‑education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level). - No specific certifications required.
