**Job Title:** Junior Software Developer **Role Summary** Entry-level position requiring a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for aviation-related applications. Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure software aligned with modern development practices. **Expectations** 1-3 years of Windows-based software development experience in C++. Proficiency in version control (e.g., Git). Familiarity with software configuration management, cybersecurity principles, and technologies (databases, object-oriented design, networking).
