Job title: Investor Relations Coordinator Role Summary: Support all facets of investor relations for a NYSE‑listed company, managing the IR calendar, CRM data, investor events, and key communication materials. Drive efficient execution of the IR program while gaining exposure to analytical work, shareholder engagement, and corporate strategy. Expectations: - Deliver seamless coordination of investor meetings, roadshows, cap‑market events, and daily IR operations. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date investor information across systems and the company website. - Provide timely, high‑quality IR documentation and support analytical reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage IR diary and scheduling of investor/analyst meetings, draft sessions, results reporting, and roadshows. - Operate and update the CRM system for investor targeting, meeting notes, and analytics. - Coordinate travel, logistics, and briefing materials for roadshows and investor events; liaise with Executive Assistants. - Organise capital markets days, investor conferences, and results announcements. - Contribute to the preparation of results presentations, Q&A, board reports, and the annual report. - Conduct shareholder analysis and identify engagement opportunities. - Update and maintain the Investors section of the company website. - Provide day‑to‑day administrative support: diary management, expense tracking, invoice processing.
