**Job Title:** Fundraising and Investor Relations Manager **Role Summary:** Lead fundraising strategy and investor relations for an early-stage Venture Capital firm, focusing on expanding investor networks and managing the full fundraising lifecycle. **Expectations:** Part-time (6 months initial), remote-Europe-based or office-based in Paris/Southern Germany, with potential for permanence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet investment targets. - Build and manage a CRM pipeline targeting family offices, funds of funds, and institutional investors. - Create marketing materials for roadshows and events. - Oversee investor outreach, communications, due diligence, and relationship management through closing. - Coordinate ongoing investor reporting and sector-specific content creation in collaboration with the investment team. - Manage travel requirements for meetings and events. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of fundraising experience across diverse investor types (LPs, family offices, institutional investors). - Strong stakeholder relationship-building and negotiation skills. - CRM management expertise (Salesforce, etc.). - Communication and presentation capabilities for high-profile stakeholders. - Fluency in French, German, or Spanish preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
