Job title: Digital and E‑Commerce Executive
Role Summary:
Lead the end‑to‑end digital marketing and e‑commerce operations for a health‑focused brand. Manage paid media, site optimisation, marketplace listings, email flows, and analytics to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Expectations:
- Own digital strategy and implementation for high‑impact channels.
- Work cross‑functionally with creative, product, and technical teams.
- Deliver measurable lift in ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop a data‑driven, continuous‑improvement culture across paid, organic, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google; monitor ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics weekly.
- Maintain Shopify store: product listings, imagery, descriptions, and UX improvements in collaboration with freelance developers.
- Manage marketplace presence (Amazon, TikTok Shop): optimise listings, monitor KPIs (reviews, buy‑box, sales trends).
- Build, schedule, and test B2C/B2B email/CRM flows in Klaviyo or HubSpot; analyse performance and iterate.
- Pull and analyse data from Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo/HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social ad platforms; produce weekly reports and monthly performance reviews.
- Coordinate multi‑channel initiatives and report learnings to the team.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years paid media experience (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Proficiency with Shopify or equivalent CMS.
- Email marketing and CRM automation (Klaviyo/HubSpot).
- Strong data literacy: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Amazon reports.
- Portfolio demonstrating commercial impact (campaign metrics, growth case studies).
- Project management and multi‑channel coordination.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑starter mindset, comfortable in fast‑moving, ambiguous early‑stage settings.
- Analytical skills with a focus on numbers and optimisation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certifications in digital advertising (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and/or e‑commerce platforms (Shopify).
