Role Summary:
Lead integrated marketing and commercial strategy for a multi‑property hospitality portfolio. Align brand, demand generation, sales, and revenue management initiatives to drive top‑line growth, ensure disciplined execution, and provide unified performance insights to executive leadership.

• Maintain a single view of performance, providing timely updates to C‑suite and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee brand and performance marketing strategy, balancing awareness and ROI.
- Partner with sales, revenue, CRM, and digital teams to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Identify funnel gaps, refine messaging, creative, and channel mix.
- Ensure each hotel has an on‑brand marketing plan mapped to demand periods, revenue goals, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue leaders to align pricing, promotions, and positioning; lead quarterly/annual commercial planning.
- Coordinate property‑level commercial syncs to share best practices and address issues early.
- Track execution of marketing and commercial initiatives (CRM upgrades, upsell programs, web enhancements, brand campaigns).
- Audit plan timelines, enforce follow‑through, and own rollout frameworks for tools and partnerships.
- Maintain consolidated reporting for marketing, sales, and revenue metrics; partner with analytics to uncover insights and recommend actions.
- Present concise commercial updates to executive leadership and ownership groups.
Required Skills:
- 7–10 years in brand or performance marketing, commercial strategy, or revenue‑focused leadership, preferably in hospitality or multi‑unit operations.
- Deep understanding of hotel revenue drivers, digital marketing levers, and distribution dynamics.
- Proficiency with data sources such as Google Analytics, Opera, SynXis, Duetto, and STR; ability to synthesize performance and translate insights into actions.
- Strong cross‑functional influence skills; ability to rally teams and drive initiatives without direct authority.
- Clear, confident communication across all levels, from property teams to the C‑suite.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA desired).
