Job Description
**Job Title** Internal Sales Representative – B2B (French‑speaking) **Role Summary** Manage inbound client requests and drive sales of high‑quality industrial products to local business customers. Act as a liaison between clients and the external sales team, ensuring timely solutions, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. **Expactations** - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or wholesale markets. - Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. - Reliable, resourceful, and adaptable, able to quickly find solutions. - Comfortable negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle and prioritize customer inquiries from email, phone, and web channels. - Assess client needs, propose appropriate products or alternatives, and provide solutions. - Perform follow‑ups and communicate feedback (price, product, service) to key stakeholders. - Maximize sales opportunities by upselling or cross‑selling complementary products. - Collaborate closely with external sales personnel to align on customer strategy. - Keep product knowledge and system proficiency current. - Negotiate special pricing and conditions when authorized. **Required Skills** - B2B sales and client‑management experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French (English preferred). - Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). - No specific certifications required.
