**Job title:** Sales Executive – Software Solutions **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth for digital reality and SaaS software solutions by prospecting new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and closing deals within a dynamic, cross‑functional sales environment. **Expectations:** * Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue targets. * Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce. * Demonstrate consultative selling to C‑level and senior decision makers. * Deliver compelling product demos and proposals aligned with customer business needs. * Support add‑on sales to existing customers and collaborate closely with regional partners and marketing. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Prospect new business and manage the sales cycle from qualification to close. 2. Identify opportunities for add‑on sales within current accounts. 3. Conduct product demonstrations and tailor proposals to customer requirements. 4. Negotiate terms, set realistic expectations, and forecast revenue accurately. 5. Maintain reliable pipeline data and meeting progress in Salesforce. 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional sales, client success, and marketing teams. 7. Build and manage targeted industry marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing Manager. 8. Communicate effectively with C‑level executives and other senior stakeholders. 9. Travel up to 60‑70% within assigned territory to meet clients and partners. **Required Skills:** * Minimum 5 years selling digital reality or related SaaS technologies, preferably in the AEC sector. * Proven ability to close enterprise‑level SaaS deals. * Strong consultative selling and presentation skills, including live product demos. * Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, for pipeline and forecast management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities across all organizational levels. * Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, capable of working independently and within a small team. * Fluent in English and local language. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). * Certifications in Salesforce administration or sales methodology a plus.
