International Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)
**Role Summary**
Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across the UK, France, and Germany for a digital signage network. Focus on content creation, digital campaigns, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM optimisation to boost brand visibility, support sales, and engage B2B audiences.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable marketing outcomes within a 10‑month fixed‑term contract.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across three languages and markets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Asset, Property) and external partners (media agencies, advertisers).
- Provide detailed performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage the company’s international digital presence: WordPress website maintenance, SEO optimisation, and LinkedIn campaign execution.
2. Own HubSpot Marketing & Sales platform: design, implement, and optimise workflows, email automations, and performance dashboards.
3. Produce B2B marketing collateral using Adobe Express, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Forms).
4. Create and edit marketing content: blogs, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, and sales presentations.
5. Plan and support trade marketing initiatives targeting media agencies, advertisers, and programmatic partners.
6. Coordinate with Asset/Property teams to strengthen landlord relationships through tailored communications.
7. Ensure campaign consistency and quality across UK, France, and Germany.
8. Analyse marketing metrics, report results, and propose new growth initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Strong digital marketing expertise: WordPress, SEO, LinkedIn analytics.
- Proficient in HubSpot Marketing & Sales (workflows, email, reporting).
- Graphic/content creation: Adobe Express or InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French and German language skills preferred.
- Prior B2B or trade marketing experience, ideally in media, advertising, or OOH/DOOH sectors.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- HubSpot Marketing or Sales certification preferred.
