Collaborate within a small team to create a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment that encourages exploration, autonomy, and well‑being. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent, compassionate care that builds trust with children and families. - Adapt activities to developmental stages, promote independence, and uphold health and safety standards. - Contribute meaningfully to the nursery’s pedagogical project and daily operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet and welcome children and families, establishing a welcoming atmosphere. - Plan and facilitate varied play and learning activities tailored to each age group. - Support children in daily routines, fostering self‑care skills. - Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and secure setting. - Participate in the development and execution of the nursery’s educational program. - Assist with routine maintenance and organization of the nursery. **Required Skills** - Compassionate, professional demeanor with strong observation abilities. - Excellent teamwork and communication with colleagues and parents. - Ability to adapt activities to individual developmental stages. **Required Education & Certifications** - Diploma in Early Childhood Education (CAP AEPE, DEAP, EJE, or equivalent). - Prior experience in a nursery or micro‑nursery is preferred.
