Expectations: - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Convert client leads into long‑term partnerships. - Deliver consultative solutions that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute the commercial strategy set by the Marketing Division. 2. Master the full range of NRJ Global media products and position them effectively. 3. Arrange and conduct the required number of client appointments. 4. Present, negotiate, and close NRJ Global media packages for assigned agencies. 5. Develop and implement revenue‑generating action plans for the client portfolio. 6. Perform ongoing market analysis, track competitor activity, and relay insights to management.
