**Job Title** Digital Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing channels for an e‑commerce bridal wear brand. Drive performance across email, SMS, push, paid social, and display to achieve growth targets and enhance customer lifecycle. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable growth in acquisition, retention, and ROI. - Maintain campaign calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal events. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to align messaging and creative standards. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own end‑to‑end management of email, SMS, push, paid social, and display campaigns. 2. Build and maintain campaign schedules for launches, promotions, and BFCM. 3. Optimize channel performance using metrics (CTR, CVR, RPS, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV) and refine strategy accordingly. 4. Plan and analyze A/B tests (creative, targeting, send time, subject lines, landing pages). 5. Translate performance insights into creative direction, ensuring brand tone and channel best practices. 6. Review, QA, and approve email/SMS/push assets before deployment. 7. Collaborate with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to create cohesive customer journeys. 8. Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns, maintaining timelines and deliverables. **Required Skills** - 3–5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably e‑commerce/DTC. - Proficiency with Klaviyo and Google Analytics 4 (or similar analytics platforms). - Strong grasp of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, attribution, and A/B testing methodology. - Advanced data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable tactics. - Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities. - Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with continuous improvement focus. - Experience in fashion, bridal, or omni‑channel retail is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or CRM platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo) preferred.
