**Job Title** Product Engineering Intern **Role Summary** Support the product team in enhancing Azazie.com through user research, data analysis, and feature development. Work cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing to improve the e‑commerce customer experience. **Expectations** - Complete internship of 3–6 months, with potential for full‑time hire based on performance. - Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect and document product requirements, user stories, and QA checklists for new features. - Conduct basic market and competitor research; synthesize customer feedback across channels. - Analyze product metrics (traffic, conversion, funnel performance) using analytics tools; generate reports and support A/B test tracking. - Assist in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and product reviews; maintain project timelines and action items. - Perform manual testing of new releases, identify bugs or UX issues, and communicate findings to engineering. **Required Skills** - Basic data analysis proficiency; willingness to learn Google Analytics 4 or similar tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with design, engineering, marketing, and support teams. - Detail orientation and capacity to handle multiple concurrent tasks. - Fluency in Mandarin. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Design, or related field.
