**Job Title:** Sales Internship **Role Summary:** Provide entry‑level support to the sales team in a dynamic agribusiness environment. Collaborate on client outreach, market research, and sales material preparation to drive revenue growth while developing foundational sales and analytical skills. **Expectations:** - Paid internship lasting 8–12 weeks. - Participation in a two‑day mid‑summer intern conference. - Regular networking with company employees, management, and fellow interns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities. - Update and maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate record‑keeping of leads and contacts. - Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product information sheets. - Support sales calls and meetings by taking notes, drafting action items, and following up on client inquiries. - Analyze sales metrics and prepare brief performance reports for the sales manager. - Coordinate logistics for sales events, roadshows, and client visits. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on sales processes. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Basic analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented. - Willingness to learn and adapt to fast‑changing sales environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate program (preferably Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field). - No specific certifications required.
