**Job Title:** Marketing Intern
**Role Summary:**
Assist the Marketing team in executing integrated campaigns, content creation, digital outreach, and event coordination. Support the development and distribution of marketing collateral, manage CRM and social channels, conduct market research, and facilitate trade‑show logistics to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
**Expectations:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials (presentations, brochures, service sheets, introductions).
- Produce and schedule social media content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Vimeo; analyze performance metrics.
- Maintain and update CRM database; ensure data accuracy.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities; brief team on insights.
- Draft, edit, and publish quarterly company newsletter.
- Perform basic website maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns for trade shows and events.
- Generate pre‑show/post‑show communications targeting prospects.
- Handle logistics for trade‑show booths: labor, electrical, rigging, furniture, shipping, material orders.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, meetings, and client entertainment for sales team.
- Track marketing expenses; enforce budget compliance.
- Monitor collateral inventory and fulfill orders.
- Provide daily operational support to the sales team to ensure workflow efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent project and time management; ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with social media management tools and basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and CRM platforms.
- Detail‑oriented, diplomatic, and professional when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a sense of humor.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Junior or senior in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, or related program.
- No specific certifications required; Adobe CC proficiency preferred.
