Job Description

Job title: Java Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain secure, high‑performance web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB. Deliver clean, well‑tested code in an agile environment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and apply continuous integration practices. Expectations: • Produce scalable, maintainable code that follows best engineering practices. • Apply automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. • Participate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards. • Contribute to process improvements and operational optimization. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement full‑stack components with Java, Spring, React/Angular, and Node.js. • Build RESTful APIs, front‑end interfaces, and database schemas. • Dockerize services, manage configuration, and support container orchestration. • Conduct unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing. • Maintain code quality through refactoring, static analysis, and automated tests. • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. • Ensure adherence to security, IAM, and compliance requirements. Required Skills: • 5+ years of Java and Spring development experience. • Expertise in React or Angular, Node.js, and relational/non‑relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB). • Hands‑on with GitHub, Docker, CI/CD tools, and test automation frameworks. • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security best practices. • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills. • Experience working in agile/Scrum environments. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Scrum Master, Oracle Java) preferred.
