Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Remote Role Summary: Drive sales of Gore’s peripheral vascular medical devices by managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and delivering product expertise to hospitals across the UK and Ireland. Expectations: Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain a productive sales pipeline, manage budget responsibly, and demonstrate commitment to continuous market and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales of peripheral interventional & vascular device portfolio within assigned territory. - Grow existing business and prospect new hospital clients, while negotiating contracts and pricing. - Analyse market trends, set objectives, and devise strategies aligned with business unit guidelines. - Engage hospital administrators, purchasing departments, and Key Opinion Leaders; provide clinical product training and presentations. - Attend surgeries, educational centre collaborations, and regional congresses to showcase products. - Develop and execute local promotion activities; manage personal investment budget. - Travel within the UK, Ireland, and internationally for meetings, conferences, and training sessions. Required Skills: - Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and influencing ability. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. - Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. - Team‑player with a flexible, customer‑centric work ethic. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Required Education & Certifications: - Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Science, or equivalent; alternatively, relevant professional experience in a similar medical device sales role. - No specific certifications required, but medical device sales experience is highly desirable.
