Job Description
**Job title** Account Executive – UKI (Healthcare AI – Radiology) **Role Summary** Drive regional sales growth for AI diagnostic solutions in NHS radiology across the Midlands and Northern UK. Own full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with imaging leaders, and amplify market share through direct engagement and channel partnerships. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed monthly/annual booking targets. - Develop a qualified pipeline, forecast volume and profit accurately. - Deliver regional strategy aligned with business objectives. - Maintain up‑to‑date opportunity data in Salesforce. - Participate actively in regional sales reviews and strategy sessions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Engage NHS radiology stakeholders as a trusted advisor; conduct frequent face‑to‑face site visits, demos, and feedback sessions. 2. Identify and create new opportunities via proactive outreach, market insights, and creative problem‑solving. 3. Manage full sales cycle: presentation → negotiation → deal closing. 4. Lead major contract negotiations and prepare proposals/quotations. 5. Build and maintain strong client relationships; support customer events and NHS engagement activities. 6. Provide strategic input on NHS procurement pathways and broader market navigation. 7. Collaborate with Regional Director and leadership on strategy, planning, and performance measures. 8. Liaise with product teams to relay market insights and customer feedback. 9. Forecast sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 10. Travel up to 50%; flexible hours for clinical sessions or strategic meetings. **Required Skills** - Commercial problem solving, opportunity creation, and proactive outreach. - Strong clinical imaging knowledge (radiographer or similar background). - Experience with radiology environments (PACS/RIS, imaging AI) and clinical workflows. - Knowledge of NHS procurement pathways and structured sales environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to operate autonomously, manage pipeline, and hit targets. - High professionalism, ethics, and openness to feedback. - Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible hours. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. - Professional certification or proven experience in radiology or medical imaging preferred. - Background in sales of medical/diagnostic technology advantageous.
