About the Company

L’Association L’Éveil naît en 1961, fondée par la congrégation religieuse de la Sainte Famille de Bordeaux. 3000 m² de locaux installés à Cormontreuil (51) accueillent aujourd’hui un IME, les Ateliers de L’EVEIL (ESAT) et un Accueil de Jour. Le SESSAD et le SAVS occupent des nouveaux locaux esplanade René Bride, à Reims. Depuis sa création, l’association s’est investie au quotidien afin de permettre aux personnes atteintes d’un handicap intellectuel de révéler leur potentiel et d’utiliser toutes leurs compétences. Par ses actions, et les différents projets entrepris, elle se positionne au plus près des préoccupations des personnes accueillies et de leur famille.

Job Description
Job title: Socio‑Professional Support Officer Role Summary: Support adults with intellectual disabilities in a protected workplace by providing individualized social, educational and administrative assistance, facilitating their professional integration and autonomy, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Expectations: - Deliver personalized, confidential support to up to 65 users; - Adapt interventions to diverse needs; - Manage administrative processes and documentation; - Act as liaison between users, staff, employers and service providers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist users in daily life management, family, social and economic contexts. - Facilitate administrative procedures (benefits, housing, social rights). - Develop and monitor individualized projects in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. - Coordinate professional placement: arrange job searches, CV/cover letter preparation, interview preparation, and supervise detachments in ordinary workplaces. - Organize and lead workshops on budgeting, cooking, time management, and other autonomy topics. - Maintain and update user dossiers, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. - Prepare progress reports and participate in follow‑up meetings. - Foster relationships with families, social workers, institutions, and insertion partners. Required Skills: - Knowledge of protected and supported employment sectors (advantage). - Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Ability to adapt pedagogical methods to varied learning needs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Valid driving licence (category B). Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac +3 to Bac +4 in social work, psychology, education, or related field. - Relevant certifications in social‑economic family support or vocational guidance preferred.
