Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success Manager – Program Specialist (Italian) **Role Summary** Drive the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of sustainability programs for registered customers. Act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring health metrics, retention, and revenue growth. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned compliance programs. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and lifetime value. - Collaborate cross‑functionally (Platform Ops, Product, Professional Services, Sales). - Provide strategic insight to customers and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and nurture enduring relationships with customers, serving as a strategic partner. - Define, refine, and execute customer compliance programs from kickoff to completion, in partnership with Program Support teams. - Manage booked business, monitoring customer health, adoption, and performance KPIs. - Lead executive business reviews, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions. - Identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of program metrics and supply‑chain responsiveness. - Collaborate with Professional Services for quality product configuration and regular progress check‑ins. - Support renewal processes with the Sales team to meet or exceed renewal targets. - Deliver special projects that improve the customer success workflow. - Act as a peer coach for onboarding new team members. - Coordinate user permissions on the Assent platform with Platform Operations. - Advocate client needs to Product Management for product and process improvements. - Record accurate, up‑to‑date communications in the CRM. - Ensure compliance with corporate security and operational procedures. **Required Skills** - Native/Fluent Italian speaking and written; additional language proficiency is an asset. - Strong oral and written communication, tactful and concise. - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, project management, consulting, or related fields. - Consultative customer management and project planning expertise. - Experience in SaaS/technology environments; familiarity with sustainability or supply‑chain context preferred. - Intermediate regulatory knowledge relevant to compliance programs. - Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate findings into action. - Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management. - Self‑motivated, highly organized, attention to detail, and proactive in problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Environmental Sustainability, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, PMP, CSPO) are a plus but not mandatory.
