Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Architect Role Summary: Lead enterprise cloud architectship, driving Azure‑centric cloud strategy, architecture, and roadmap development for large‑scale organizations. Spearhead decisions on cloud‑native vs. cloud‑agnostic tooling, deployment automation, cost control, and configuration management. Expectations: Demonstrate proven success in enterprise architecture, deliver comprehensive cloud solutions, engage stakeholders across technical and business domains, and manage change effectively within a hybrid‑remote, six‑month contract. Key Responsibilities: • Design and evolve enterprise‑wide Azure cloud architecture and roadmaps. • Evaluate and select cloud‑native and cloud‑agnostic tools and services. • Own cost management, configuration governance, and automation frameworks. • Translate high‑level business requirements into functional architecture specifications. • Collaborate with stakeholders, provide mentorship to technical teams, and lead change management initiatives. Required Skills: • Extensive cloud strategy definition and enterprise architecture experience. • Deep expertise in Azure architecture, deployment, and operations. • Proficient in cloud‑native and cloud‑agnostic toolsets. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication. • Solid change management knowledge. Required Education & Certifications: • Professional Enterprise Architect or Technical Architect qualifications (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent).
