**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Drive the successful deployment and adoption of conversational AI call‑bot solutions for BPO clients. Lead end‑to‑end project execution, guide clients through digital transformation, provide product feedback, and identify upsell opportunities in a SaaS environment. **Expectations** * 5–6 years in a Customer Success or similar role, preferably in a startup/scale‑up. * Proven experience managing complex projects for large enterprises. * Strong grasp of SaaS platforms, quick to learn new interfaces and processes. * Fluent in French, English, and Arabic; comfortable navigating European and North‑African business cultures. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Project Management – scope, timelines, budget and delivery of AI call‑bot deployments. 2. Change Management – coach clients and call‑center agents on new AI and NLP practices. 3. Product Feedback – capture field insights and collaborate with product teams for continuous improvement. 4. Commercial Development – uncover additional project opportunities and support upsell initiatives. **Required Skills** * Project management, Agile/Scrum familiarity. * SaaS operations, cloud‑based voice platform experience. * Knowledge of AI, NLP, and conversational UX. * Multilingual communication (French, English, Arabic). * Strong customer‑centric mindset, analytical thinking, and proactive problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Preferred certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent in project or product management.
