Consultant Senior / Manager – Fiscality
Role Summary
Lead and deliver complex tax advisory services for multinational clients in Morocco, providing strategic, technical, and regulatory solutions across various domains such as M&A, transfer pricing, intra‑group restructures, and VAT. Manage project delivery, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Expectations
- 2‑10 Years in a Big‑Four or equivalent advisory firm.
- Proven track record delivering technical tax solutions and client reporting.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a client‑focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage nationwide advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on strategic tax matters, ensuring compliance with Moroccan and international regulations.
- Design and structure tax solutions for mergers, acquisitions, and intra‑group reorganizations.
- Conduct tax due diligence, assess risks and opportunities, and prepare analytical reports.
- Review technical deliverables, maintain quality standards, and supervise junior and intermediate consultants.
- Stay current on regulatory changes, produce internal/external notes, and disseminate knowledge within the team.
- Participate in commercial proposals, client portfolio development, and represent the firm at professional events.
Required Skills
- Deep technical expertise in corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and international tax compliance.
- Project management and leadership capabilities, including task delegation and progress monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a rigorous, detail‑oriented work ethic.
- Client‑service orientation and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Law, Finance, or Accounting.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
