Job Description

Job title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across the complete recruitment cycle for a high‑volume, fast‑paced Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient onboarding of candidates and seamless process flow. Expactations: - Deliver accurate and timely data entry and reporting for recruitment metrics. - Manage purchase orders, invoices, and related administrative tasks with precision. - Coordinate scheduling of interviews and screening calls to meet recruiting timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment database records. - Process and reconcile POs and vendor invoices related to recruitment activities. - Schedule and confirm interviews, arrange interview rooms and virtual meeting links. - Conduct preliminary screening calls and document findings. - Support recruitment team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required. Required Skills: - Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment support. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - HR or recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI‑PHR) is a plus.
