Job title: Sales and Distribution Manager Role Summary: Lead and coordinate all sales and distribution activities within a retail/wholesale environment, ensuring proactive client engagement, efficient inventory management, and alignment with marketing initiatives. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, team development, and negotiation of contracts. Expactations: - Deliver measurable sales results and meet or exceed targets. - Foster a high‑performance culture with clear policies and consistent performance reviews. - Communicate marketing messages effectively to the sales force. - Manage travel requirements and adapt to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven operations. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange training programs and conduct performance reviews for sales staff. - Collaborate with marketing to translate messages into field actions. - Lead strategic planning for new product lines and sales policies. - Build and maintain relationships with business clients, managing contract negotiations. - Organize regional and divisional sales operations across commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail sectors. - Recruit, train, and manage staff; assign and coordinate projects and programs. - Oversee inventory organization and maintenance. - Evaluate sales department activities and implement improvements.
