Job Description

**Job title** Sage FRP 1000 Consultant **Role Summary** Design and implement functional solutions for Sage FRP 1000, propose and develop enhancements, deliver client training, collaborate with deployment teams, ensure production quality, and actively participate in client‑project meetings. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality work on time. - Maintain accurate task status and logs. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Demonstrate proactivity, negotiation, and synthesis skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Conceive functional designs tailored to Sage FRP 1000. - Identify, propose, and build development enhancements. - Conduct client training sessions on the solution. - Coordinate with the deployment team to execute projects. - Monitor production quality and resolve alerts. - Maintain accurate “remaining work” against mission orders. - Participate in client project committee meetings. - Prepare agendas, propose meeting structures, and contribute to meetings. **Required Skills** - Hands‑on experience with Sage FRP 1000. - Strong responsiveness and clear, persuasive communication. - Negotiation ability and client relationship management. - Excellent organizational and synthesis skills. - Team collaboration and independent work capability. - Capability to train end users and facilitate knowledge transfer. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. - Certifications related to Sage FRP 1000 or comparable ERP platforms are advantageous but not mandatory.
