**Job Title** Regional Manager **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate multiple branch offices within a defined geographic region to achieve sales targets, deliver superior customer experience, and maintain operational excellence. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent regional sales growth and meet or exceed KPI benchmarks. - Foster a culture of high service standards and continuous improvement across all branches. - Manage operational compliance, process optimization, and audit readiness. - Build, mentor, and retain a high‑performing regional team while planning for succession. - Travel regularly within the designated region to collaborate with branch leaders and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute regional sales strategies, set branch goals, and provide coaching to sales teams. - Champion customer service initiatives to enhance loyalty and satisfaction metrics. - Ensure all branches comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements. - Lead talent management: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership and branch managers to align objectives and share best practices. **Required Skills** - Leadership and multi‑location management experience. - Strong sales acumen and proven track record of meeting KPIs. - Expertise in customer service excellence and operational compliance. - Talent development and team‑building capabilities. - Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching abilities. - Willingness and capability to travel within the region. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). - CAIB designation is considered an asset.
