Expectations: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, maintain brand reputation, collaborate with design and construction teams, and provide data-driven market insights to optimize sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve revenue goals. • Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team. • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and adjust tactics accordingly. • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. • Foster long‑term client relationships through effective communication and follow‑up. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on progress.
