Senior Business Development Executive
**Role Summary**
Drive enterprise growth by securing high-value, multi‑year contracts in managed services, AI‑enabled workflow automation, digitization, and back‑office optimization. Build senior‑level relationships within target industries, lead strategic pursuits, and shape the sales organization and go‑to‑market strategy.
**Expactations**
- Develop and maintain a disciplined pipeline using a CRM platform.
- Engage C‑Suite and VP‑level stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and Procurement.
- Lead discovery, proposal development, and presentation of tailored solutions.
- Expand service offerings, particularly AI and automation capabilities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and executive forums.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and close complex, long‑cycle enterprise deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers in Energy, Utilities, Government, Education, Real Estate, and Financial Services.
- Conduct discovery sessions, translate insights into solutions, and address customer pain points.
- Draft compelling proposals, statements of work, and respond to major RFPs.
- Partner with internal SMEs to design customized customer solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver winning outcomes.
- Advise on product strategy and service innovation, focusing on AI and automation.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of enterprise consultative selling (Information Management, Managed Services, Digital Transformation).
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing multi‑year contracts.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C‑Suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable navigating complex, regulated environments.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and maintain momentum through ambiguity.
