**Job Title**
Salesforce Administrator – Front Office
**Role Summary**
Support, configure, and enhance the Salesforce platform for a 100+ user base. Drive automation, data management, and user adoption to enable efficient business processes across sales, marketing, customer service, and finance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver reliable Salesforce operations and continuous improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end‑user support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Maintain data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and Process Builder/Flow automations.
- Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
- Handle data loading, cleansing, and integration with external systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
- Conduct system audits, version upgrades, and integration maintenance.
- Create training materials, run user training sessions, and support adoption.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, writing user stories and process documentation.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced Salesforce administration (custom objects, automation, data management).
- Strong Excel skills; proficiency with Office 365.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and support ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of data governance, data lake concepts, and enterprise data integration.
- Business analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build consensus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration with ≥100 users.
