Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead and execute sales initiatives within a defined region, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering high-quality customer relationships. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategy with corporate objectives, focusing on both new business acquisition and existing account retention. Expectations: • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure campaign success and customer satisfaction. • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline and adhere to CRM best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Define regional sales strategy and set realistic objectives. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. • Engage in proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends. • Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. • Attend and contribute to hybrid meetings (in‑person and remote) with senior leadership. • Participate in product training to stay knowledgeable about offerings.
