**Job title:** Franchisee **Role Summary:** Full‑time owner/operator of a drama franchise delivering weekly performing‑arts programs for youth. Responsible for end‑to‑end operations, program quality, staff management, marketing, and financial stewardship while ensuring alignment with the franchisor’s standards. **Expectations:** - Own and run a profitable franchise location. - Maintain the brand’s reputation for high‑quality drama instruction. - Drive enrollment growth and community engagement. - Manage overall business operations, including budgeting and reporting to the franchisor. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations and scheduling. - Recruit, train, and support qualified instructors. - Develop and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives. - Build and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, and community partners. - Monitor program quality, ensuring adherence to franchisor curriculum and standards. - Prepare and manage the franchise financials—budget, revenue, expenses, and payroll. - Collaborate with other franchise owners and franchisor support teams. **Required Skills:** - Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities. - Proven leadership and team‑management experience. - Conflict resolution and staff‑support skills. - Marketing acumen, including community outreach and promotional activities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with business and financial management expertise. - Proficiency with administrative technology and remote‑work tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Theater, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Teaching or drama credentials a plus. - No mandatory certifications, but a background in youth development or arts education is advantageous.
