Lead cross‑functional teams through Agile delivery, continuously refining roadmaps, backlogs, and performance metrics while ensuring stakeholder alignment and high‑impact customer outcomes. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in a product ownership or product management role focused on tech‑based B2B/B2C solutions. - Proven Agile/Scrum expertise and hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian toolsets. - Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills. - Fluency in French; functional proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or related field; Agile certification (CSM, ACP, or equivalent) is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Strategic Vision & Roadmap** – Develop and sustain product vision, create and update roadmaps, and manage product backlogs with clear prioritization and estimation. 2. **Market & Customer Insight** – Conduct commercial surveillance, market analysis, and stakeholder interviews; incorporate insights into feature prioritization and backlog grooming. 3. **UX/CX Collaboration** – Partner with UX/CX and marketing teams to keep user experience and brand alignment in focus. 4. **Agile Delivery** – Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery cycles; manage risks and dependencies across teams. 5. **Performance Measurement** – Define, track, and report on key product metrics; use data to drive continuous improvement. 6. **Business Case & Impact Analysis** – Prepare business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and impact assessments for major product changes or new initiatives. 7. **Documentation & Governance** – Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation, run‑books, and specification documents for internal and external use. 8. **Release & Deployment Coordination** – Coordinate cross‑functional release activities, including training, communication, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation reviews. 9. **Stakeholder Management** – Effectively manage expectations, facilitate alignment, and influence cross‑departmental collaboration for product success. **Required Skills** - Product ownership experience in a technology environment. - Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum, Kanban, and full product lifecycle management. - Proficiency with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence). - Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence. - Organizational and change‑management aptitude. - Knowledge of legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and intellectual property considerations in technology products. - Fluency in French; functional English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, Project Management, or a related field. - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
