**Role Summary**
Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of sponsorship and brand partnership programs to drive revenue and visibility for the Canadian Country Music Association. Responsible for prospecting high‑value partners, creating tailored proposals, managing the partnership pipeline, and delivering seamless activation across live events and national programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, negotiate, and close sponsorship and brand partnership deals aligned with CCMA goals.
- Lead renewals and upsell opportunities with existing partners.
- Manage a dynamic CRM pipeline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), track revenue, and forecast results.
- Draft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and post‑event recap reports.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally (marketing, events, creative) to design and execute partner programs for Country Music Week and other initiatives.
- Oversee activation and relationship management onsite during events, ensuring partner expectations are met.
- Provide post‑event analytics, demonstrate ROI, and inform long‑term partnership strategies.
- Contribute to annual sponsorship strategy, rate cards, and partnership frameworks.
- Represent CCMA professionally at industry events, showcases, and executive meetings.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or business development (music, entertainment, sports, or live events).
- Proven success closing complex deals; strong negotiation and presentation ability.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and executive‑level confidence.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution experience (pitch development to activation).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Creative mindset with ability to translate ideas into measurable results.
- Integrity‑driven, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
