**Job Title:** Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the execution of sales strategy across a designated region, manage a team of Territory Sales Representatives, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, key account support, and performance monitoring. **Expectations:** • 50 %+ travel within the region, with occasional national/international trips. • Operate independently with strong initiative; thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. • Hold a valid driver’s license. **Key Responsibilities:** • Implement sales strategy and tactics, including GTM support and channel activities. • Develop action plans with clear objectives, timelines, and assignments for the sales team. • Track and report sales activities (leads, orders, product mix, customer lists) on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles. • Ensure communications align with sales objectives and budget constraints. • Support Key Accounts team with distribution strategies and multi‑channel selling. • Build, coach, and mentor a high‑performing sales team; deliver service initiatives at the highest level. • Perform related duties as assigned. **Required Skills:** • 7–10 years in the Western Canadian crop protection market. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building capabilities. • Strategic thinker with business acumen, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Proficiency in CRM tools, Outlook, Teams, MS Office, and social media platforms. • Ability to conduct business development and competitor analysis. • Entrepreneurial mindset; capable of independent, professional judgment. **Required Education & Certifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field. • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
