Build new systems from concept to production (0‑to‑1) and enhance existing solutions (1‑to‑n) using Rust and Python, while integrating LLM tools to boost code quality and productivity. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable, mission‑critical features that support airline and defense operations. - Work independently and lead technical initiatives within cross‑functional teams. - Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Travel as required and hold or be eligible for a security clearance. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect and implement software components in Rust/Python for real‑time airspace analysis. 2. Refactor and optimize existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. 3. Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and deployment teams to translate user needs into technical requirements. 4.
